Job summary

A regional maintenance management company in Dubai is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance tasks and budget management across assigned branches. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and be proficient in both Arabic and English. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, distributing tasks, and managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance management.
  • Ability to effectively manage maintenance vendors and contracts.
  • Strong communication skills for budget and resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Issue the Preventive Maintenance Plan for all stores.
  • Distribute daily corrective maintenance tasks to Foremen.
  • Monitor corrective maintenance tasks and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Manage the maintenance spare parts petty cash.

Overview

Ensure the effectivness of all the stores devices from air conditioner, electricity, shutting doors, glasses… of the assigned branch / region.

Accountabilities

Accountabilities : Maintenance Plan

  • Issue the Preventive Maintenance Plan (Matrix Plan) for all the stores of the assigned region / branch through the distribution of the maintenance tasks and setting a timeline to ensure that the region / branch devices are maintained.

Maintenance Tasks

  • Distribute the daily corrective maintenance tasks to the Foremen based on the received system maintenance requests from the assigned region / branch stores to ensure that the region / branch devices are maintained and to ensure proper resources’ allocation.
  • Monitor the corrective maintenance tasks through reviewing the system and the approved job orders to ensure that maintenance is conducted as per the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Budget :

  • Contribute to the maintenance budget through the communication of the branch requirements; labor, vehicles, spare parts…etc to the Store Maintenance Senior Manager to ensure the availability of the maintenance resources.

Operations :

  • Manage the maintenance spare parts petty cash and settle the amounts with the Finance Division to ensure the availability of the required maintenance spare parts.
  • Manage the relationship with the maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure the execution of the maintenance per the contract / agreement.
  • Issue periodic reports to present the objectives achievements, score card, petty cash status, actual spending against the budgeted…etc.

Work Environment :

  • Indoors : 20%
  • Outdoors : 80%
  • Working Days : 5 Working Days
  • Days off : 2 Days Off
  • Working Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (1 hour break)
