JOB OVERVIEW

• Management of Maintenance Contract for District Cooling Plants as per Contract KPIs
• Mentoring Training the team members to achieve the Contract KPIs
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and Authority regulations

PRIMARY PERFORMANCE METRICS:

• Ensure timely response and resolution to all work orders
• Ensure District Cooling Plant Operation in the most efficient way
• Manage all subcontractors to perform as per their KPIs
• Ensure the implementation of sustainability initiatives
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports
• Maintain communication with clients/consultants and develop healthy relations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, AMCs, and equipment servicing.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 7-12 years of total working experience in the maintenance of District Cooling Plants
• Must have an Engineering degree
• Available to join at short notice
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and Authority regulations
• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in the UAE.
