Position Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

1. Lead maintenance team, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
2. Implement preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
3. Oversee budgets, inventory, and manage external service providers.
4. Track maintenance activities, generate reports, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Male, 40 years old and below
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or related field
3. Proven maintenance management or supervisory experience.
4. Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and building systems
5. Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
