Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for all vessels in the fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of yachts to identify repair needs and potential issues, proactively addressing them to minimize downtime.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training while overseeing their daily activities and performance.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repair work and maintenance supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
• Oversee the inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and proper stock management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within the marine or yachting industry.
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, engines, electrical systems, and repair protocols.
• Marine engineering or equivalent technical qualifications are highly desirable.
