This position is based in Ireland.

A leading Engineering company in Ireland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Facilities Fitter to join their team in Ballinlough, Dublin 4. This role is crucial for maintaining the electrical systems that ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our client's engineering facilities.

As a Maintenance Facilities Fitter, you'll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical failures, and execute preventive maintenance on electrical components and systems within a large industrial facility. You'll be using various tools, testers, and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs, and you'll be responsible for ensuring all electrical work complies with Irish safety standards. The role may require occasional travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

Perform routine electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on systems within a large industrial facility.

Execute preventive maintenance on electrical components and systems using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.

Repair electrical faults and ensure work complies with Irish safety standards.

Coordinate with team members and may travel to other site locations as required.

Benefits

• Salary : The starting salary is €62,193 per year, or €23.44 per hour, based on a 39-hour work week. Your salary may be higher based on experience and will increase proportionately for additional hours worked. Overtime is available and paid at applicable rates.
