Position: General Technician & Plumber

What We Expect from You:

Main Duties:

1. Carry out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot/cold water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems, and swimming pools.
2. Attend to replacement or new construction projects, including GI, PVC, and cast iron piping, and fabrication of brackets for installation.
3. Repair or replace bathroom/toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house areas.
4. Clean manholes and clear sewage and storm water line blockages using sneaker machines or ropes and rings as required.
5. Participate in the Energy Conservation Program.
6. Keep the Plant Room, Workshop, and related areas clean and tidy.
7. Perform all types of repair and maintenance work.
8. Assist with related duties and special projects as assigned.

Occasional Duties:

1. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
2. Report to the Assistant Maintenance Manager / Team Leader.
3. Cooperate with others in the Engineering Department.
4. Interact with guests and outside contractors as directed.
5. Coordinate with other departments for functions, promotions, and festivities.

General Duties:

• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Basic knowledge in Electrical and HVAC systems.
• Hotel experience is a must.
