ISS International S.p.A. is looking for Maintenance Engineers for Spare Parts to be involved in a job in Abu Dhabi related to the Oil & Gas Industry.
Resources must be maintenance engineers with specific experience in one of the following disciplines:
- Electrical
- Instrumentation and Control
- Mechanical
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Engineering graduate
- At least 8 years of experience as an Engineer in the Oil & Gas and Power Industries
- At least 4 years of experience in Spare Parts Management in the Oil & Gas Industry
Main Responsibilities:
- Upload received SPIR list in AIN and obtain approval from the cataloguing team and end users
- Review Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL) and recommend spare parts for all new projects
- Review all Master Data Governance (MDG) requests (Material creation, change, deletion, and obsolescence) through SAP to ensure optimal inventory and quality
- Review existing material inventory stock levels to ensure optimal quantities in the warehouse and minimize financial exposure
- Review vendor drawings and manuals to ensure 2-year and lifecycle spares of all equipment under project scope are covered in RSPL
- Interface between PMT, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure resolution of material requirements during the Project Phase
- Liaise effectively with relevant stakeholders as required
- Support material write-on/write-off and repair and return processes as per roles and responsibilities supporting division objectives
- Review obsolescence of spares and equipment to ensure business continuity and minimize operational risks
- Assist management in complex analysis and task reviews
- Recommend mandatory and operational spares for maintainable facilities based on latest failure frequencies
