Job summary

A global firm in Oil & Gas is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for Spare Parts in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Power Industries, with a focus on spare parts management. Responsibilities include managing spare parts lists and inventory, liaising with various departments, and ensuring operational continuity. This position is a 12-month residency with a starting date ASAP.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in Spare Parts Management in Oil & Gas Industry.

Responsibilities

• Upload SPIR list in AIN and obtain approval from cataloguing team.
• Review RSPL and recommend spare parts for new projects.
• Review Master Data Governance requests through SAP.
• Monitor material inventory stock levels.
• Review vendor drawings and manuals.
• Interface between PMT and Maintenance department.
• Support material write-on/write-off as required.

Overview

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for Maintenance Engineers for Spare Parts to involve in a job in Abu Dhabi related to Oil & Gas Industry.

Resources must be maintenance engineers with particular experience in one of the following disciplines :

• Electrical
• Instrumentation and control
• Mechanical

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification : Engineering graduate
• At lease 8 years of experience as Engineer in the Oil & Gas and Power Industries.
• At least 4 Years of experience in Spare Parts Management in the Oil & Gas Industry

Main responsibilities

• Uploads received SPIR list in AIN and obtains approval from cataloguing team and end users
• Review Recommended Spare Parts lists (RSPL) and recommend spare parts for all new projects.
• Review all Master Data Governance (MDG) request (Material creation, change, deletion and obsolete) through SAP to ensure optimum inventory and quality.
• Review existing material inventory stock levels to ensure optimum quantity in warehouse and minimize financial exposure.
• Review vendor drawings and manuals and ensure 2 years and life cycle spares of all equipment under project scope are covered in RSPL
• Interface between PMT, Maintenance department and other departments to ensure resolution of materials requirements during Project Phase.
• Liaise effectively with relevant stake holders as required.
• Support material Write-on / Write-off and repair and return as per the agreed roles and responsibilities supporting the division objectives.
• Review obsolescence of spares and equipment to ensure business continuity and minimize operation risks.
• Assist management in complex analysis and task reviews.
• Recommend Mandatory and Operation Spares for maintainable facilities based on lates frequencies assigned
