Work Location: Hampton Inn - Dubai Al Qusais

A Maintenance Engineer is responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. This includes performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating renovation projects.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include:

• Handling maintenance issues within the hotel
• Performing daily checks around the hotel
• Conducting lift emergency release procedures as required
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment
• Building good relationships with internal and external customers
• Maintaining all hotel fixtures and fittings in safe condition and addressing unsafe situations
• Developing and implementing emergency programs
• Managing energy conservation programs to minimize expenses
• Coordinating renovation bids, defining project scope and costs, and overseeing contractors
• Performing special projects and other assigned responsibilities
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met, including monthly safety inspections and employee training
