Responsibilities

• Ability to operate and make full overhaul for packing machines (carton, shrink, and palletizer machine).
• Ability to operate and make all the required changeovers for packing machines (carton, shrink, and palletizer machine).
• Very good knowledge of packing machines (carton, shrink, and palletizer machine) and thorough knowledge about beverage production lines.
• Must have basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical.
• Ability to provide basic maintenance and breakdowns troubleshoot for packing machines (carton, shrink, and palletizer machine) on the line.
• Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) to extend equipment life.
• Ability to identify spare parts requirements for the packing machines.
• Very good knowledge of beverage lines machine (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines).

Skills

• Ability to work in shifts.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required

• 5 years experience in beverage industry.
