Job Title: Machine Operator Metal Parts Mfg

Location: Schrems, Austria

Job Summary

Provide a short overview of the role. What is the primary function of this role? Supervision and comprehensive operation of the machine according to established standards and processes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot issues that might occur and carry out repairs on the machine.
2. Perform calibration, monitor and control machinery, and carry out various adjustment tasks, maintenance, and cleaning of the machine and work area.
3. Perform various setup activities.
4. Provide feedback on order status and store finished products.
5. Conduct quality control of products according to inspection instructions.
6. Ensure a tidy and clean workspace.
7. Follow all necessary safety guidelines.
8. Initiate the escalation process in case of issues.

Qualifications

Skills and qualities required:

• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, control technology, punching and bending processes, welding processes for non-ferrous metals, PC skills.
• Accountable, team-oriented, good communication skills, motivated, engaged, proactive, presentation skills, and willingness to work in shifts.
