Job summary

Georg Fischer Ltd. in Dubai Investment Park is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to run and set up extrusion/moulding lines. You will install tools, adjust settings, and monitor quality to ensure products meet specifications.

The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping. The candidate should have at least 2 years in production operations, with strong English writing skills and a high school level education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant production operations and processes experience in plastic or pipe manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of extrusion and/or moulding processes is a plus.
• English writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate/prepare and set up the machine according to product specifications.
• Install tools and moulds, ensuring proper alignment and configuration.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product quality and monitor production.
• Maintain material supplies and handle materials to prevent contamination.
• Perform visual inspections and report defects or deviations promptly.
