Responsibilities

• Ability to operate and make full overhaul for Rinser, Filling and Capper machine.
• Ability to operate and make all the required changeovers for the Filling machines (Rinser, Filler, Capper).
• Very good knowledge of Filling machines (Rinser, Filler, Capper) and thorough knowledge about beverage production lines.
• Must have basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to provide basic maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for filling machines on the line.
• Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime and maximize equipment availability to extend equipment life.
• Ability to identify spare parts requirements for the filling machine.
• Very good knowledge of beverage lines machines (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines).

Skills

• Ability to work in shifts.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required

• 5 years experience in beverage industry.
