Machine Operator (CNC/LASER/Press Brake/Helpers)

• Set up and operate CNC, laser, or press brake machinery with precision, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to determine machining operations and required specifications.
• Monitor the production process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in machine operation.
• Keep detailed records of production runs, including quantities produced, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Utilize measuring instruments to verify that finished products meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Assist in inventory management by ensuring raw materials are available and accurately accounted for in production.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in machine operation is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC, laser, or press brake machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in CNC programming or machining is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Proficiency in measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure product quality.

Available Positions:

• Laser Machine Operators - Laser Cutting or CO2 Cutting experience
• CNC Machine Operators - Milling or Turning experience
• Press Brake Operators - Any Machine experience
• Helpers - Basic experience

Please note: Salary range provided is for specific positions. (Eg. Helpers will receive AED 1500, Machine Operators from AED 1500 - 3500 depending on experience)
