A leading global express transportation company seeks a Sales Manager to oversee team performance and project management in Dubai. The role involves recruiting and developing talent, ensuring compliance, and managing budgets. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC, with a focus on sales leadership.

To effectively manage assigned resources, departments, and/or locations, ensuring that department or operational goals are achieved and processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently. Ensures that all activities align with Company goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may span within a country, across countries, or regions.
Recruits, develops, motivates, and manages team performance. Provides guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members have the competencies, capabilities, and tools to consistently deliver individual and team objectives.
Ensures team awareness of current processes and procedures, and relevant Company and regulatory requirements, which may impact operations. Implements changes when necessary. Ensures completion of audits and reviews to maintain standards and compliance. Investigates anomalies and implements corrective actions to ensure compliance and process improvements.
Ensures accurate and timely reporting across the responsibility area. Provides reports, presentations, and relevant information to senior management. Develops and maintains effective information and record management systems.
Plans and schedules resources, including rostering, to meet department priorities. Communicates targets to the team and provides updates on progress. Evaluates short/medium-term resource needs to support current and future requirements.
Oversees team projects to ensure results are delivered on time and within budget. Supports the team using project management tools and processes.
Seeks to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency by applying quality-driven management principles.
Manages department or location budgets, optimizing costs and remaining within parameters. May involve vendor management and procurement.
Ensures team activities are completed effectively and on time, maintaining compliance with all requirements. Addresses risks proactively.
Builds effective networks within the team and with key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. Maintains external relationships with customers, vendors, and external bodies as needed. Represents the company externally when required.
