Zoho in Dubai is seeking an experienced M365 Consultant (L2) to deploy, migrate, and support Microsoft 365 workloads for enterprise and public-sector clients across the UAE. The role handles L2 escalations under managed services contracts and delivers tenant, migration and security projects.

It reports to the Solution Architect / Delivery Lead. The candidate should possess 3–5 years in Microsoft 365, strong Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune expertise, and be comfortable presenting to customer

Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing consulting or managed services role.
Delivered at least two Exchange or Microsoft 365 migration projects end to end.
Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune and SharePoint Online.
Good grounding in on-premises Active Directory, Exchange Server and DNS.
Scripting with PowerShell (Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph and Entra modules).
Familiarity with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, Quest or the native Microsoft tools.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice or similar).
Clear written and spoken English; able to present to customer IT teams.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 tenants: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and the Microsoft 365 admin centres.
Plan and execute mailbox and file migrations: Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online (hybrid, cutover, staged), tenant-to-tenant, and file server or Google Workspace to SharePoint / OneDrive.
Configure and support Exchange hybrid, mail flow, connectors, SPF / DKIM / DMARC and Exchange Online Protection.
Manage identity and access with Microsoft Entra ID: Entra Connect sync, MFA, Conditional Access, SSPR and licensing.
Enrol and manage devices with Microsoft Intune: compliance and configuration policies, Autopilot, app deployment and Windows Update for Business.
Implement Microsoft Purview controls: DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, eDiscovery and audit.
Configure Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint policies and respond to alerts.
Set up Teams governance, Teams Phone / calling plans and meeting room devices where required .
Resolve L2 incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs; elevate to L3 or Microsoft support with clear diagnostics.
Prepare technical documentation: design documents, runbooks, migration plans and handover documents.
Run end-user and admin knowledge‑transfer sessions.
