Job summary

Tocumulus Technology Solutions LLP seeks a skilled M365 Consultant (L2) to deploy, migrate and support Microsoft 365 workloads for enterprise and public-sector clients in the UAE. The role handles L2 escalations within managed services contracts and delivers tenant, migration and security projects.

You will report to the Solution Architect / Delivery Lead and work on Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune and SharePoint Online with strong governance and security practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing consulting or managed services role.
• Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune and SharePoint Online.
• Good grounding in on-premises Active Directory, Exchange Server and DNS.
• Scripting with PowerShell (Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph and Entra modules).
• Familiarity with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, Quest or the native Microsoft tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice or similar).
• Clear written and spoken English; able to present to customer IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and admin centres.
• Plan and execute mailbox and file migrations: hybrid, cutover, staged, tenant-to-tenant or from on-prem to cloud.
• Configure and support Exchange hybrid, mail flow, connectors, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and Exchange Online Protection.
• Manage identity with Entra ID: MFA, Conditional Access, licensing.
• Enrol and manage devices with Intune: compliance policies, Autopilot, app deployment.
• Implement Microsoft Purview controls: DLP, retention policies, eDiscovery and audit.
• Configure Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint policies.
• Set up Teams governance, calling plans and meeting room devices.
• Resolve L2 incidents and escalate to L3 or Microsoft support with diagnostics.
• Prepare technical documentation and runbooks.
• Run end-user and admin knowledge-transfer sessions.
