M365 Application Cloud Engineer

Overview

M365 Application engineer with at least 10+ years of hands-on experience in operating IT infrastructure. The candidate should possess an understanding of the following technologies and have in-depth technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• (M) Directory Services (AD, ADFS, AD Connect, Azure AD)
• (M) Email Services (Exchange on-prem, Exchange Online, Enterprise Vault)
• (M) Windows (Operating systems, Clustering)
• (M) M365 (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, MS Defender)
• (O) MS Azure Cloud Solutions
• (O) System Center Tools (MS SCCM)
• (O) Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps knowledge and experience
• (O) Ability to handle Application and Platform support, enhancement requirements (functional, security, etc.)
• (O) Ability to handle end user L2-L3 Support requirements and provide, implement solutions for Production incidents, fixing gaps, or optimizations.

Nice to have skills:

• (O) Knowledge on Proofpoint email gateway, PowerShell expertise
• (O) Azure Virtual Desktop
