Job Description
M&A Corporate Finance Associate
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client
A privately, owned energy business with international assets.
Role Purpose
To handle the evaluation, structuring, and execution of strategic transactions across the oil & gas, power generation, and renewable energy sectors.
You will bring experience in project finance and working knowledge of Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) and other structured financing instruments.
This role will involve both buy-side and sell-side mandates, greenfield project development, and corporate growth initiatives across global markets.
Required Experience
7-10 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, ECA-backed deals, or corporate development, ideally in energy and infrastructure sectors.
Must-have experience: Oil & Gas (upstream/midstream/LNG), Power Generation (CCGT, thermal), Renewables (solar, wind, battery storage).
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
ACCA/CA/CPA, CFA, MBA, or relevant certification is an added value.
