Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival at Service Reception and seat them.
• Provide courteous welcome and ensure comfort until attended by the Service Advisor.
• Update appointment board daily and explain appointment importance.
• Manage reception during overcrowding and assist with courtesy/loaner cars.
• Keep reception area clean and arrange vehicle movements promptly.
• Assist customers to meet their business needs.
• Call customers to remind them of their service appointment.
