Job summary

Al Tayer Motors in Dubai seeks a friendly Meet & Greet host for the Service Reception. You will welcome customers with a pleasant appearance and guide them courteously while ensuring minimal wait times before the Service Advisor attends to them.

Responsibilities include updating the appointment board, reminding customers of upcoming service bookings, helping manage reception during busy periods, and maintaining a clean, professional front desk.

Qualifications

• High School level educated and PC literate.
• Pleasant personality and helping attitude.
• Cordial and effective communication; bilingual is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient and courteous welcome to customers by arranging to seat them and keep them comfortable till attended by the Service Advisor with minimum waiting time.
• Maintain appearance and dress code to create a positive first impression about the company.
• Update appointment board daily and explain the importance of appointments to customers who arrive without one.
• Incase of overcrowding, manage the reception to keep customers satisfied and assist with loaner cars as needed.
• Ensure reception area is neat and vehicles are moved promptly when possible.
• Assist customers in all possible ways to ensure their needs are met.
• Call customers to remind them of their service appointment.

• Provide an efficient and courteous welcome to the customers by arranging to seat them and keep them comfortable till they are attended by the Service Advisor with minimum waiting time.
• Being responsible for creating an initial impression about the company, strictly follow the dress code.
• Update appointment board on daily bases and explain the importance of appointment to the customers who come without appointment.
• Incase of overcrowding in reception, manage the situation efficiently to ensure customers are happy.
  Assist in maintaining courtesy/ loaner cars.
• Ensure reception area is kept clean and arrange to remove vehicles as soon as possible.
• Assist customers in all possible ways to ensure their business needs are met.
• Call customers to remind them of their service appointment
