Responsibilities:

  • Gathering property details and coordinating the development of relevant marketing materials.
  • Staying informed on the latest rules and regulations governing Dubai's residential property market.
  • Conducting property valuations and participating in the process.
  • Organizing and attending property viewings.
  • Negotiating with potential buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from the viewing stage to the offer stage.
  • Tracking the progress of sales and leases, collaborating with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams for support.
  • Making follow-up calls to clients after each viewing to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.
  • Keeping current with local market trends and property developments.
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities through networking and the company's database.

Requirements:

  • UAE driving license and vehicle
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and client service.
  • Sales experience is a plus, though not a necessity.
  • Smart Business Dress is required
