Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Luxury Sales Consultant to join our high-end retail team. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury brands, excellent sales techniques, and the ability to provide a personalized shopping experience to high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury fashion, jewelry, or high-end accessories and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, staying updated on the latest industry trends, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience through personalized customer service.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-end clientele to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing strong selling techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury brands, products, and industry trends.
• Assist clients in styling, selecting, and purchasing high-end products tailored to their preferences.
• Manage VIP customer appointments and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Ensure store displays are aesthetically appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Work closely with the store team to optimize customer engagement and maximize revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or accessories.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with high-profile clients.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands, trends, and customer expectations.
• Professional appearance with a refined sense of style and sophistication.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment while providing premium service.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
