Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain store presentation, ensuring visual merchandising and stock levels are in line with brand standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Collaborate with the team to organize exclusive events, VIP client experiences, and promotional activities.
Process transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, jewelry, watches, or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Mandarin are a plus.
