Job summary

Loro Piana in Abu Dhabi seeks a Team Leader to drive the department's performance and guide the sales team to meet quantitative and qualitative goals. You will reflect the brand image and elevate the customer journey across service and selling.

You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, oversee product presentation, stock, and planning, ensuring top standards in service and selling environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant previous work experience in a luxury boutique.
• Aligned with Brand identity, detail oriented, with strong coaching, communication, leadership and management skills.
• Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand.
• Deep knowledge of the clothing and accessorize in luxury.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reflects the Company image in terms of standing and ensures that the team is aligned as well.
• Keeps the team up-to-date with regard to the department's course.
• Responsible for sales maximization of the department and collaboration with Store Management.
• Share periodic sales analysis to optimize re-order activities with Store Manager.
• Maintain excellent relations with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee coaching, development, and performance of the sales team.
• Plan and organize activities to cover workload and ensure internal procedures are followed.
• Provide qualitative feedback and maintain brand image through product and service standards.
