Job summary

CHANEL in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Safety & Security Coordinator to safeguard people, boutiques, assets and brand across the UAE. You’ll work with the Head of Safety & Security and stakeholders to coordinate operations, monitor compliance and support investigations, driving safety standards across locations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Security Studies, Risk Management, Criminology, International Relations, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate security, safety, risk management, luxury retail or a related operational environment
• Working knowledge of UAE safety and security regulatory requirements is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day safety and security activities across CHANEL boutiques, offices and other locations in the UAE.
• Conduct regular site visits and follow up on identified safety and security risks, ensuring corrective actions are tracked through to completion.
• Support incident response activities, ensuring incidents are properly documented, escalated and followed up in line with established procedures.
• Coordinate and support security investigations, including fact-finding, evidence gathering, documentation and preparation of investigation reports.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of safety and security procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate safety and security arrangements for new locations, renovations, special events and other business projects.
