Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver warm and attentive service, guiding guests from starters to dessert with a refined and personal touch. You will contribute to a memorable dining experience within a luxury beachfront setting.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility for night/weekend shifts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests
• Wlexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read menus and basic maths for orders
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and be physically fit

Responsibilities

• Deliver starter to dessert with warm, welcoming service
• Keep service area and kitchen stocked and clean
• Assist with washing up and other duties as required
• Minimise waste and report any safety or equipment issues
• Take on ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth service
