Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver memorable guest experiences at our InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will provide a warm welcome, attentive service, and collaborative teamwork in a luxury beachfront setting.

The role requires the ability to lift, push and pull, read and write, and perform basic math, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Clear reading, writing and basic math abilities.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Strive to make each meal memorable by delivering warm hospitality and attentive service from starter to dessert.
• Assist kitchen where needed and keep work area clean, stocked, and safe.
• Support with washing up and perform other kitchen duties as required by the team.
• Raise any safety concerns or low supplies to your supervisor.
• Take on ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
