Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment. You will drive service excellence, coach a high-performing team, and uphold Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards across all service touchpoints.

Candidate should have 3-5 years of F&B leadership within luxury settings, with strong knowledge of HACCP and revenue-focused hospitality. Dubai location with Dubai-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 3-5 years' F&B experience, preferably in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes and LQA standards.
• HACCP, food safety and hygiene understanding.
• Strong guest service, leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with knowledge of revenue and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards.
• Maintain floor presence and engage with guests.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes, LQA standards and hygiene policies.
• Coach the team on luxury service and guest engagement.
• Conduct daily briefings and quality checks.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure professional recovery.
• Drive restaurant revenue, upselling and cost control.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and performance.
• Train and motivate the team to build a strong service culture.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and other departments.
• Ensure cleanliness and mise-en-place.
• Review guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
