Job summary

The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, in Dubai, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to spearhead daily restaurant operations and lead a high‑caliber F&B team. You will drive excellence in guest service, mentor staff, and contribute to a premium dining experience in a luxury hotel setting.

You will report to the Restaurant leadership team, with opportunities to grow through an award-winning learning academy and industry-leading standards in craft, service, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma.
• Experience with luxury hotels and fine-dining restaurants in the Middle East is preferred.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver the best guest experience.
• Mentor and develop the team through a cohesive training program.
• Monitor revenue targets and control costs within budgets (beverage, payroll, etc.).
• Coordinate with departments to ensure impeccable service and presentation.
