Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of C-level/senior management experience in luxury residential fit-out, including high-end villas, premium residences or penthouses.
• At least 8 years of commercial fit-out/construction experience with strong BOQ, estimation, tendering, pricing and variations.
• Proven track record in business development, tender awards and client negotiations in UAE/GCC.
• Must have UAE driving licence and fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and business development for luxury villas, residences and turnkey fit-out projects.
• Direct tendering, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and pricing strategies.
• Oversee contracts, variations, claims, budgets, margins, cash flow and final accounts.
• Lead and develop Commercial, Estimation and Business Development teams to drive profitability.
