We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant/Manager to join our team. As a Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant/Manager, you will be responsible for selling luxury properties to high-end individuals, families, and investors. You will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate business leads (ultra HNI clients).
Prepare and present business proposals to convince ultra HNI clients and secure a deal.
Carry out the marketing of available property - units/floors to attract prospective luxury investors.
Give ultra HNI clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
Source potential luxury investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
Attend to inquiries related to sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, Dubai Property Tour, etc.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and generate extra income for the company.
Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the ultra HNI clients.
Attend property events such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars, etc.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a sales/senior sales consultant/manager selling ultra luxury properties in the UAE.
Must have strong database/networks/connections with ultra HNI clients.
Strong networks with real estate agencies/firms dealing with luxury property sales.
