Luxury Real Estate Developer Interior Design Project Manager

AHS, a distinguished leader in luxury real estate development, is seeking a talented Interior Design Project Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will oversee the interior design aspects of our high-end residential projects, ensuring that each space reflects our commitment to luxury, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver stunning interiors that enhance the overall value of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the interior design process from concept to completion for luxury residential projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements
• Create and present design proposals, mood boards, and layout plans that align with project goals
• Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes that reflect the luxury standard of AHS
• Work with architects and contractors to integrate design concepts with architectural plans
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Design Project Manager, preferably within luxury real estate (5+ years)
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects, particularly in high-end residential spaces
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Excellent project management skills with a strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, color, and detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design practices
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
