Luxury Real Estate Developer Head of Planning

AHS, a distinguished leader in luxury real estate development, is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Planning to lead our planning department. This role involves overseeing all planning activities for our luxury development projects, from initial concept to final approval. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of planning regulations, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning department, managing a team of planners and coordinators to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives for luxury real estate projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to create innovative and sustainable development plans.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies.
• Engage with authorities, stakeholders, and community groups to navigate the planning process.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate development opportunities.
• Monitor planning trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategies.
• Advise the executive team on planning matters and risk management.
• Ensure timely processing and approval of planning applications.
