Luxury Real Estate Developer Design Manager

AHS, a prominent luxury real estate developer, is searching for an experienced Design Manager to join our esteemed team. The Design Manager will play a key role in overseeing the design processes for our high-end residential projects, ensuring that every detail embodies sophistication and elegance. You will guide a diverse team of designers and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional living spaces that align with our brand's vision and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design direction for multiple luxury residential projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, translating them into unique design solutions.
• Oversee the development of design concepts, presentations, and detailed design documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage a team of designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to enhance their skills.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-quality vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and on-time delivery.
• Conduct site visits to review work in progress and address any design-related concerns.
• Stay informed about market trends, materials, and technologies in luxury design.
• Promote a culture of innovation and creativity within the design team.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a design management role, preferably in luxury real estate.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capabilities and completed projects in the high-end market.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit) and 3D visualization tools.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of contemporary design trends, materials, and best practices.
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
