You will build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and leading developers, guiding buyers and investors through the entire transaction while using market insights to spot premier opportunities.

The ideal candidate has UAE real estate experience, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, a self-driven approach, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifikationen

• UAE market experience: Minimum 6 months of direct real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience strongly preferred).
• Communication skills: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation abilities.
• Drive & Independence: Self-motivated professional capable of driving individual results while contributing to a team.
• Mobility: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Client advisory: Dedicated to staying informed on market trends, new developments, and inventory to provide elite advice to buyers and sellers.
• Business development: Proactive approach to building a referral-based client pipeline.
