Qualifications

• 1-2 years in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English and/or another language.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually and maintain grooming per hotel policy.
• Attend daily briefing with Supervisor/Manager.
• Be trained on resort standards and daily tasks.
• Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies and equipment per hotel standards.
• Clean, replenish, and prepare guest rooms per hotel standards.
• Move cleaning trolley safely in corridors.
• Follow the resort's key control policy.
• Operate housekeeping machinery and equipment as directed.
• Report malfunctioning tools and guest room issues to supervisor/Engineering.
• Report lost and found articles per policy.
• Report in-room safe issues per policies.
• Know layout of guest rooms and storage areas.
• Follow health and safety policies; attend trainings.
• Carry out other duties as requested.
