Job summary

Knight Frank MENA is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create sophisticated visual communications for the Prime Residential portfolio. You will craft premium layouts for print and digital campaigns, marketing materials, presentations and client-facing assets that reinforce Knight Frank’s premium brand.

Working closely with Prime Residential, Marketing and Communications teams, you will blend photography, floor plans, data and copy into cohesive materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
• Strong InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat capability.
• Excellent layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Strong print and digital production knowledge.
• Strong image-editing and retouching skills.
• Experience across print, digital, social and presentations.
• Strong creative brief interpretation.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisation and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, particulars, presentations, flyers and advertisements.
• Create premium layouts for Prime Residential properties.
• Combine photography, floor plans, maps, copy and property data.
• Develop assets for launches, campaigns and key instructions.
• Retouch and prepare imagery for print and digital.
• Prepare floor plans, maps and property visuals.
• Design assets for social, web, email and paid media.
• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn and digital campaigns.
• Adapt creative across formats, dimensions and platforms.
• Support launches, events, open houses and campaigns.
• Create basic motion graphics and short-form content.
• Prepare assets to required technical specifications.
• Apply Knight Frank brand guidelines consistently.
• Ensure consistent typography, imagery, layout and colour.
• Develop and maintain reusable design templates.
• Keep creative outputs contemporary and premium.
• Maintain organised files, templates and asset libraries.
• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork.
• Ensure correct resolution, bleed, colour and sizing.
• Liaise with printers and production suppliers.
• Review proofs and final production quality.
• Coordinate specialist print and branded materials.
• Design presentations, proposals, pitches and appraisals.
• Visualise property information, data and market insights.
• Support client pitches and significant instructions.
• Present credentials, expertise and portfolios effectively.
• Ensure materials suit HNW and UHNW audiences.
• Interpret creative briefs, priorities and deadlines.
• Manage multiple briefs and delivery timelines.
• Clarify incomplete briefs with stakeholders.
• Respond constructively to creative feedback.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and supplier teams.
