Job summary
Unique Properties is seeking high-performing Property Advisors to join Dubai's luxury and off-plan division. You will advise HNW/UHNW clients, drive sales across exclusive launches, and build a pipeline of qualified investors.
Expect to work with Tier 1 developers, premium projects, and receive strong marketing support while building long-term relationships with investors. A proven Dubai real estate track record and excellent negotiation skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven Dubai real estate sales experience.
- Strong track record in off-plan and/or luxury property sales.
- Existing client network and strong business development skills.
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven, ambitious and target-oriented.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s premium property market.
