The role requires excellent client-facing communication in Arabic and English, focusing on understanding client needs and offering tailored real estate and insurance-related guidance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Client Relations and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide a seamless experience for clients.
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by understanding and meeting client needs effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional client interactions.
• Knowledge of property-related Insurance services and the ability to provide relevant advice.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client needs in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
