Job summary

Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in Dubai seeks a professional Bartender to join the Private Dining team. You will mix cocktails, manage wine and spirit service, and ensure bar hygiene and stock control. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.

Experience with luxury hospitality and knowledge of drink preparation are preferred. The role requires attentive guest service, safe alcohol service in line with policy, and collaboration with the kitchen and service

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits & cocktails.
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of an additional language.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages according to defined standards and measures.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Coordinate with stewards to keep bar area clean and stocked with glassware.
• Check expiration dates and store perishable garnishes properly.
• Adopt a responsible attitude towards serving of alcoholic beverages in line with policy.
