Qualifications

Experience in Public Relations, Events Management, Brand Communications, or Marketing.
Experience in perfumery, luxury retail, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors preferred.
Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing product launches, VIP events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and manage corporate, retail, product launch, VIP, and promotional events.
Coordinate event budgets, timelines, suppliers, venues, and logistics.
Develop press releases, media kits, event communications, and promotional materials.
Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Monitor media coverage and evaluate PR campaign performance.
Ensure all events and PR activities reflect the brand's luxury positioning and objectives.
Work closely with marketing, retail, and senior management teams to support business goals.
