Job summary
Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai is recruiting for a Food & Beverage team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will support bar operations, assist with room service and in-room amenities, and ensure accurate guest charges are relayed to Front Office.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in F&B, basic MICROS knowledge, fluent English, and a keen eye for details; a college degree is nice to have.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage.
- Knowledge of MICROS or similar POS systems preferred.
- Proficiency in reading/writing/speaking English.
- Knowledge of food, wines, and spirits is beneficial.
- Counting and recording items accurately is important.
Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish bar items and relay guest charges to Front Office.
- Maintain par levels for beverages, snacks, and non-food items.
- Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report issues.
- Check quality and expiration, discard/ replace as needed.
- Follow Four Seasons’ conduct standards and work harmoniously with team.
