Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written English required.
• 2–3 years of luxury hotel experience.
• Hospitality/service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area for service with pre- and post-service checks and mise-en-place.
• Direct colleagues and ensure quality and sequence of service; take orders and serve.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Be visible in operation; recognize guests and handle special requests.
• Train and coach team to meet cultural standards and SOPs.
• Collaborate with assistants, managers and chefs for coordination.
