Job summary

FIVE Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Storekeeper to join our UAE operations. You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely handling in a luxury hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain or related field, with 2–3 years of UAE storekeeping experience, and strong skills in inventory control, accuracy, and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a luxury hotel, hospitality or high-volume UAE environment.
• Experience working with Purchasing, Finance, Cost Control and operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, stock management and storekeeping operations.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail in stock movements and documentation.
• Strong organisational skills to manage inventory, stock levels and storage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and specs.
• Label, store and organise inventory according to approved standards and safety regulations.
• Issue goods against authorised requisitions and ensure timely distribution to departments.
• Maintain stock levels to prevent shortages and obsolescence.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory system entries.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Receiving teams on deliveries and discrepancies.
