Job summary

NADIA in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Manager (Joinery) to lead sourcing and procurement of materials, FF&E and interior products for luxury commercial and residential fit-out projects. The role requires overseeing procurement processes and a minimum 10–15 years in interior fit-out procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, control budgets, ensure quality and timely deliveries, and collaborate with project teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in procurement within interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing procurement processes for interior fit-out projects.
• Experience with sourcing and procuring materials, FF&E, and other interior products for commercial & residential fit-out projects.
• CPM or CPSM certifications can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source reliable suppliers and vendors for FF&E and interior elements.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Oversee procurement of materials meeting design and quality specifications.
• Manage procurement budgets and conduct cost comparisons for savings.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with project managers and designers to align procurement with timelines.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure compliance and issue resolution.
• Ensure materials meet industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
