Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning & Preparation: clean and service guestrooms and residences, beds made, linens changed, supplies replenished.
• Public Area Cleaning: maintain cleanliness of corridors and public spaces, assist with deep cleaning when needed.
• Guest Experience: respond to guest requests promptly, ensure rooms are well-presented and comfortable.
• Operational Support: report maintenance issues and follow daily task schedules.
• Quality & Compliance: adhere to health, safety, hygiene standards and brand guidelines.
