Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential; any additional languages are preferable.
• Hospitality sector and/or Food & Beverage department experience in a Lodge environment is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide table and/or counter service of beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic).
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill guest requests.
• Promote upselling opportunities to enhance revenue.
• Ensure compliance with The Meydan Hotel Quality Standards and hygiene regulations.
• Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Handle guest feedback and report to supervisor to maintain service quality.
