Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in related field required.
• 3–5 years in quality assurance or luxury hotel operations.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate service quality across all hotel departments to ensure brand standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and evaluations with corrective actions.
• Analyze guest feedback and reviews to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to address service gaps and improve performance.
