Job summary

Yosh Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant for both male and female applicants to join their luxury hospitality environment. The role focuses on cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.

You will follow schedules, handle guest belongings with discretion, report maintenance issues, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality cleaning operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, corridors, public areas and staff areas.
• Make beds, change linen, replace towels, dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, clean windows.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, minibar items, stationery and cleaning supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, order, hygiene, and readiness for occupancy.
• Follow schedules and instructions from Supervisors/Direct Manager.
• Handle guest belongings with care, discretion and respect.
• Report lost property and maintain records.
• Report defects, safety hazards, and guest concerns promptly.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely following procedures.
• Maintain trolleys, cupboards, and storage areas in a clean, stocked condition.
• Sort and deliver soiled and clean linen per hygiene procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and refer issues to supervisor.
